I was just at Border's this morning (Nov 7, 1999) and found this on the shelf and I was just attracted by it. Very handsome book and the content is quite amazing. So far as I could recall, this is like a huge dictionary of Asian cooking, explaining the ingredients and their names in different languages - all accompanied with beautiful drawings and recipes. I am really looking forward to own this book.
