Memories of Philippine Kitchens by Amy Besa and Romy Dorotan. I really haven't seen this book yet BUT I am sure it is a good one. The authors are the proprietors and chef (Romy) of Cendrillon, the Filipino pan Asian restaurant in New York. Memories of Philippine Kitchens was named one of the best cookbooks of 2007 by the Sunday Times of London. It also was awarded the 2007 IACP Jane Grigson Award for Distinguished Scholarship in the Quality of Research and Presentation.
