I also found some real mangoes at the Vietnamese store last week. I mean, real Manila mangoes.
So I also made mango ice cream!
For this recipe, my ingredients were:
Mango, half a cup, mashed very well or mixed in a blender
Fresh cream, 1 cup
Milk, 1/2 cup
Sugar, 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract, 1 tsp.
And that's it! Just follow the instruction for your ice cream maker. Enjoy!
