The Filipino Chicken - Hacked to Pieces!

This is not really a recipe but a method to cut chicken into (bite-sized) pieces so the chicken could go a long way. You need that cleaver for this. :-).


Start with a whole chiken

Cut chicken into half

Cut chicken into quarters

Cut the quarters into 3 pieces each, except for this, I cut the wings into two. Looking at the photo, I guess you can still cut the breasts lengthwise to smaller bite size pieces.
