This one's mine. I was treated by my boss to a Chinese restaurant recently where he ordered something not in the menu. It was basically a shrimp omelet dish which
I tried to recreate. I thought I was not that bad ...
Ingredients:
three eggs
a pound of shrimps, shelled and de-veined
spring onions
2 cloves of garlic, crushed.
salt and pepper to taste
oil
Whisk eggs. Set aside. Heat oil in pan. Add green onions, garlic and shrimp. Sautee. When shrimp is cooked, pour
egg and make an omelet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. That's it. This is very simple and very delicious.
