This is similar to the Filipino Fruit Salad except that cream is omitted.
This is very easy to do. It's really strange why we don't use fresh fruits (which are of course abundant in our front and back yards in the
Philippines) but instead like to use the imported canned fruits for this one. I guess "imported" is the operative word here.
Ingredients:
A can of large Del Monte or Dole Fruit Cocktail
A can of lychees
Almond-flavored gelatin, cut in cubes
Mix ingredients, store in refrigerator. Serve cold over ice.
