This is nothing but pig ears. These are now sold in regular supermarkets in the US. I haven't seen them 5-10 years ago, but they are now appearing in neighborhood grocery stores. Pig ears is the ingredient for tokwa't baboy (tofu and pork). Pig ears are nothing but a piece of cartilage wrapped by skin. But when cooked with tofu and red onions in soy sauce and vineger ... it becomes a very good sumsuman (viand) with San Miguel beer.
