This is basically a rice sheet similarly made as crepe wrapping but instead of flour you use rice flour. You then make it in a omelet pan or a skillet with a non-stick surface (if you don't have a crepe maker) just like frying an omelet. I used to know this because I remember making this for fresh lumpia when I was in graduate school but maybe I am just dreaming.
